What Causes Itchy Pimples On Arms?
I have little pimples under my arm, I thought they might have been from shaving but they are outside the area where I shave. They are filled with puss and a bit painful. Is this normal? I also have a cold and that s when they appeared. I also have an itchy rash on one of my nipples and it s been oozing pus too, probably because I scratch it and the skin just tears open.

I really appreciate your concern, it could be skin infection if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this condition with local anti-biotic like "Povidone Iodine ointment" if this fails to respond then I would add oral antibiotic and drug of choice could be "Tab Cefdinir 300 mg" twice in day, take care for surrounding area keep it well clean, hope this information helps.
