What Causes Itchy Patches On Ankles And Soles Of Feet?

My ankles and places on my feet and now calves many times become very itchy. When I scratch the area, very small bumps/patch appears. The more I scratch the patch it itches. I ve scatched open a bump and it appears to have a small white center that could be pulled out.

Very itchy means some allerggy has set in may be insect bite orsome thing else apply betnovate n cream tab mebryl bd if nlt contraindicated tab betnelan 2 tabs daily od for afew days
