General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and I understand your concern. Your symptoms could be due to shedding of dry mucus and part of the shed endometrial lining, dermatitis/eczema. I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo vaginal examination to confirm the cause.

Following advises will help you:

- Apply cetaphil moisturizer cream
- Apply vagisil cream after bath
- Mild steroid application for short term can be useful
- Wash vagina with warm salted water and then apply apple cidar vingar
- Wear pure cotton loose inner and maintain proper pelvic hygiene

Hope this may help you. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
