What Causes Itchy Dot On Knuckle And Thigh?

I got bit by something a week ago , it was a small red dot , one on my knuckle and a line of 5 on my upper thigh. They itched and then turned to blisters. Since then I have been extremely tired. I have no idea what bit me as I was at work and could find no bug.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thanks for using HCM, I understand your concern and will try to give you my medical advice, when the bugs got to bit you inoculated some toxins the symptoms are the results of the response of your immune system ( itching, inflammatory process) you have a local allergic reaction, in case that you start with difficulty breathing or a new symptoms go to the doctor, at this point some antihistamines (oral and topical ) can help you to improve your symptoms. I hope that my advice has been helpful,
Take care
