What Causes Itchy Dark Outline On Breast?

I have been at soccer practice lately and I always wear a sports bra. Now the other day when I was getting into the shower I noticed that I had a little dark outlining of my boobs (like underneath), so before i got in I thought it was dirt so I sorta scratched at it. Then, I got into the shower and kinda scrubbed it. Today I went to take off my sports bra and got in the tub and its red and flakey now. It also itches and burns in a way where the outlining is.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely Tinea corporis, a fungal infection. For my patients with such conditions i treat with miconazole ointment for local application and Fluconazole tablet weekly once for 1 month to stop recurrance. For some patients i recommend talcum powder which contain ketoconazole also.Change sweaty cloths as soon as possible.keep the area clean and dry.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
