What Causes Itchy Bumps On The Scalp Of A Child?

For the last 4 years, I have feelings like something is crawling on my scalp and itching. When I first got this- when I shampoo ed my hair that morning - it felt like a zillion pieces of I don t know what. Sometimes I might find a tiny bump on my scalp. If I touch my scalp - I can hear a crunching sound in certain areas. I wish I had a normal scalp. Never saw any lice. What is this?

it may be just dandruff. apply nizral solution followed by nizral shampoo, tobe repeated several time. maintain hygiene and sanitation keep the combs other linen for your head bath clean and sun dried.
