What Causes Itchy Bumps On The Back Of The Thighs?

I have had a rash/pumps in the back of my thighs for 2 months. It is very itchy and burns. When I scratch there is seeping. It gets a crust but the itch & burning do not go away. I was told once that I have lichen planus. Could this be the cause? What can I do to get rid of this problem?

I really appreciate your concern, the given itching and rash could be due to allergic disorders it may be urticaria anti-histamine can be tried for this and best drug is Loratadine tablet it can be taken three times in day, it may not be due to lichen planus hope this information helps.
