What Causes Itchy Bumps On Lips Post Performing Oral Sex?

Hello. I am a female and about 6 months ago Ii performed oral sex on my boyfriend. He had a little rough skin on his penis but it didn t look like it. We also were making about for a really long time. Afterwards I put carmex on. The next day I woke up and saw a blister on my bottom lip that didn t itch or anything. By the end of the night the bumps spread on my bottom lip. During this time they were tingling and itching. Because of this I put Vaseline on them and my Carmex. That kind of made the tingling and itching go away but it came back hours later. I also had a small red spot on my face beside my nose a little above my lip. I went to the doctors and he said that it looks like its from an unknown origin and gave me allergy medicine. The allergy medicine helped the itching. It seemed like everytime I licked the blisters they would try to come back. The blisters tasted liked water. The blisters developed on my upper lips. The fluid inside these bumps were clear. It didn t hurt at all unless I kept touching it or ate something with salt or soda. The day before the blisters left I bought some medicated Blistex and it helped. The blisters lasted for about 2 weeks. The next day they were all gone except this really small whitish- grayish bump at the bottom of my lip that is painless and never itch. Almost every other day tiny skin colored pimples come on my upper border of my lip or border of my bottom lip. BUT THEY DO NOT ITCH, TINGLE, OR Give signs they are coming. They would leave the same day or the next. WHAT COULD ALL OF THIS BE?
