Hi.
As per your case history you are having a fungal infection called as tinea.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
3. Apply a mild antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on the spots.
4. Oral antihistamine like levocetrizine can be given for itching.
5. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, itraconazole and terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
MBBS, DDVL.
