What Causes Itchy Blisters On The Lower Back?
Hello, My dad who s a 54 year old male, has a rash above the coccyx area which is spreading on the left side of his buttock and onto his lower back. right now is about 10-15 cm wide. He noticed it last night as it started itching him a lot. I noticed that there also was a blister. We are not sure what it might be.

I would suggest you to:
- Apply Betadine over area and clean that area properly with antimicrobial agent
- Maintain complete hygiene and avoid wearing synthetic clothes
- Use calamine lotion on that to resolve itchiness
Your symptoms will start resolving in 3-5 days. If it keeps on persisting visit dermatologist once to find out any hidden cause for your symptoms, and start treatment accordingly.
