What Causes Itchy, Black Spots On Breasts?

I have black almost round very itchy spots on my breasts and the doctor prescribed oinment it goes away and then return again. Right now I m using hydrochloride cream bought over the country.The itching is sub-duded. but its still there. I ve even tried lacto-calamine recommended by friends. is this dangerous? What can I use to get rid of it permanently? Plese help Thaks

The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is Tinea corporis which is a fungal infection. You must avoid heat and humidity. Topical antifungal creams like clotrimazole can be used along with oral antifungals like fluconazole after consulting your dermatologist. Regards
