What Causes Itchy And Swollen Scrotum?
My fiance has itchy and swollen looking scrotum. He doesn t have a rash and the only reason it burns is because he s been scratching it a lot and hard. It s like dry, but today it s become like sweaty and leaking feeling with no smell coming from it. Could it be a fungus or something more serious? Please let s us know. Thank you.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptom could be due to fungal infection, and this can be managed with "Miconazole cream" if symptom does not comes around then oral antifungal can be added, and best option would be "Tab Terbinafine 250 mg once in day for 10 days" still I would suggest to get done the final diagnosis because skin lesion demands this, take care, have a nice day.
