What causes itchy and fluid filled blisters on shins?

For whatever reason, I get these clear blisters on my shins. They itch and sometimes break open and seep clear fluid for days. I put anticeptive on the open blisters and a bandage yet the seepage continues thru the bandaide. Why am I getting these blisters to begin with and how do I stop the leakage?

My 13 year old daughter has itchy blisters appearing on her legs that appear raised and fluid filled, similar to small insect bites. She has had varicella vaccine as a baby. She had crab, a new food for her, 2 days ago. She also paddles in a canoe club in a lake clogged with goose droppings. She visited a trampoline park yesterday but we purchased new socks from the facility. She is normally not prone to allergic reactions but the rest of the family is. Any suggestions would be wonderful!

I have itchy fluid filled blisters that come and go all over my torso and my scalp. This condition began in July. It is now November. My dermatologist has prescribed Chlobetasol to relieve the symptoms. It may clear in one area, just to move to another spot. I ve gone through allergy tests and have found no allergies. The rash appears in areas where heat , perspiration or friction from clothing where my bra straps or underwire rubs, I ve changed to allergy free laundry soap and extra rinse on my laundry, allergy free shampoo and conditioner. I m beside myself. Please advise. I would like to know the cause.

hi i get little blisters on my fingers occasionally and also the palms of my fingers and sometimes on the arch of my feet. I sometimes pop the little watery blisters and a clear sticky like substance oozes out. on my hands i get these spots that will sometimes look like i have cigarette burns on them. I looked them up and found them to be like a dyshydrotic dermatitis or eczema type rash they start out very itchy then the blisters appear then a dry patch then the soreness like and ovalish type spot on my hand that is very dry and painful. What should i do. My daughter has been living with me for about a month and is now experiencing the same stuff now. Please help I know it s not contagious.
