What Causes Itchy And Flaky Skin On Palms?

Yes, please. I have itchy flakey palms, and it seems to be spreading, it is on my thumb. I do have SLE, but is mild and under control. And has been for many years. Should I be concerned about my palms? Sometimes they itch so bad that the scratching causes much discomfort.

I really appreciate your concern, if you do have history of SLE then such symptom need to be investigated to rule out associated condition due to SLE, till then this can be managed with "Tab Hydroxyzine 10 mg three times in day, hope this information helps, take care.
