What Causes Itchy And Blocked Nose Early In The Morning?
hi my name is harsh mohan and i am living in delhi actualy i have been cold and cough prob for last three years i want tell yolu my problem every morning when i get up early in the morning my nose gets itchy and blocked and i have taken lots of treatment like homeopathic alopathic ayurvedic and done the ent test also but i dnt have any sinus prob but i did not get any single relief from them right now my treatment is going on from dr batra clinic homeopathic and i have been told that you have a alergy rhinits prob so please advise and help me out and i doing jal neti also pls advise what should i do that ?

Your symptoms of itchy blocked nose early in the morning for the last three years in spite of treatment of all sorts indicates this is surely an allergic problem. You are not getting much results as there must an element of psychological cause causing VMR that is vaso-motor- rhinitis.
Also look for the allergens in your bedroom like fungus, molds, mildews and get treated so that the load of allergens is reduced. Change bed linens daily and use strictly cotton only. Get the air conditioner cleaned well. Try to find the foods, beverages and any other factors and get over these to get better results.
