Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Itching under the arms post rotator cuff injury could be due to eczema or allergic hives but it should be inspected properly in order to have a diagnosis.

The important thing is to diagnose first rather than treatment.

You can go to skin specialist for detailed history and inspection of itshcy areas to have a clear diagnosis.

You might require topical corticosteroid like beclomethasone, clobetasol or mometasome with antifungal cream like miconazole or itraconazole with antihistamines orally to reduce itching.

Some time oral anti-fungal once dosage with prednisolone are also effective if there is some fungal infection.

So,you must consult to the doctor.
