hello, my penis tip feels itchy with little pain (like burn) when passing out urine and i feel like a tingling pulsating sensation inside plus i see clear to mild yellowish spots in my boxers, smells weird. its been happening for 2 weeks now but the burn when passing urine started last week. haven t have sex in 3 weeks (always unprotected sex with my ex girlfriend).
