Ok Thank you. I am diabetic and have a new itchy area on the top of my second toe for about a week.. The area is not red but very itchy especially when I wear closed toe shoes. I have tried rubbing alcohol, Benadryl gel and today I tried cortisone cream. Any suggestions?
