What Causes Itching On The Foreskin After An Intercourse?

Hi,last night i had unprotected sex with my gf then immediately after sex i was feeling itching sensation on my foreskin so i washed it with dettol handwash and few mins later my foreskin was swollen like a small ball.is this some kind of allergy coz this never happened earlier, n my penis was perfectly normal. I'm 25 n we're together for almost 4 yrs but never had this kinda thing plz help

It can be due to fungal infection - local anti-fungal will help you. Treatment for both partner. Sudden swelling can be due to allergy for Dettol. Share a picture for confirmation.
