What Causes Itching On All Over The Body?

since yesterday, my skin is itchy. It started with my ankles and foot being itchy, then spread around my body, and my scalp. Today, around my belly area it feels so itchy and a burning sensation but on my head it s itchy. My arms are itchy too as well as legs around the panty line area and there are some bumps that appeared that are soft.
