What Causes Itching In Throat And Lump In Neck?

My daughter is having a lump in the left side of the neck for one week. When she first feel it was paining when turning the head and touching. Now it is not paining .She also had some itching in the throat when the lump started. Is any treatment is needed.

Yes treatment is needed. She has got infection of the throat. If she is above 8 years she make take (But after prescription from a physician) Amoxicillin500mg twice per oral for 5days. Fexofenadine120mg once daily per oral for 5 days. Tylenol 1 per oral twice daily for 3days.
