What Causes Itching In The Vagina?

I noticed today I have a tiny patch on the top of my clit and it itches. It s not painful and I have no issues urinating or anything. There seem to be little bumps but they are not white and very tiny. What could this be ? I don t wear any underwear when wearing denim shorts all day I ve done it for 4 days already and this little patch showed up just today, I last had sex a few days ago. Please help.

I understand your concern

White patch near clitoris,itchy bumps may be because of candidiasis/genial warts/genital herpes.
All three can be sexually transmitted.
If the patch is covered with thick whitish discharge,there is possibility of candidiasis.
Maintaining genital hygiene and Vaginal clotrimazole suppository tab for 3-5 days may help.
If the patch and bumps are with red base,it can be warts/herpes.There are no over the counter medication available for treating this.
You need to visit gynaecologist for physical examination,pelvic examination.
Both infections are highly contagious spreading with direct contact with skin .Therefore,refrain from sexual activities till treatment is completed.
Also simultaneous treatment of your sexual partner is important.
