What Causes Itching In The Vagina?

My entire groin/vaginal area has been really itchy, red, and tender the last week or so. I noticed that I have a bunch of little red bumps a on my butt and one big one that is white. I was tested for stds just last week and I was negative for everything I was also negative for yeast and bv infections. I was thinking maybe folliculitis or rash from working out? Idk but it it s extremely uncomfortable and I m wondering if anyone else has any ideas.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having fungal infection or some local skin infection like dermatitis.
At present it seems that there is active bacterial infection so you might require one course of antibiotic like Amoxicilin for 5 days.
Take antihistamine like Cetrizine to stop itching and preventing spreading of infection.
Apply triple action cream locally.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
Ok and take care.
