What Causes Itching In The Palms And Behind The Ears?

For two days I experienced itching palms, itching behind ears.. Nxt day eye swollen... Then lip swollen and finger tips swollen and red. Sore throat symptoms along with headache. Today, lip tonight back to feeling normal and no itching and swelling. No headache. My sister suggested looking up symptoms of my lisinipril sine my doctor increased dosage from 10 mg to 20. I can not come up withany unusual changes in diet, soaps,food. What are you suggesting?

Hi,

Yes ace inhibitors (Lisinopril) may can cause allergy or angioedema or cough in few patients. You may take antihistamins with steroids to control the allergy. You may consult your treating doctor he may advice alternate medicine for your hypertension.
