General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The matter of genital itching with urethral bleeding cannot be considered as normal and should be addressed to your PCP immediately.

Primary relief with plenty of liquids, urinary alkaliser as renalka or else and definite care requires
- antibiotics as per the urine culture report
- supportive anti-inflammatory, antihistamine medications.

Till that time, avoid sexual intercourse if active.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
