What Causes Itching And Tingling Around Mouth After Iron Infusion?
I had iron infusion today n immediately had itching n tingling around mouth. Itchy eyes wheezing coughing administers steroids n Benadryl. I was knocked out most of day. Still feeling weak n suddenly notice little itchiness should I be worried? Also if I have a sulfa allergy to which I stated to them, should I have had infusion.

You have all mentioned symptoms after iron infusion.
So it clearly states allergic reaction to the iron injection.
For that, you need to complete the prescribed antihistaminic drug course.
If the iron infusion is necessary in your case than infusion only given under doctor observation.
