What causes itching and irritation in foreskin after masturbation?

I am a 24-year-old man. My foreskin is tight. It doesn’t move back properly over the bigger portion (head maybe, I don’t know the exact term). It itches and irritates after masturbation. What should I do? Are there any exercises or creams to cure this?

Hello,

Itching and irritation on the foreskin of the penis after masturbation could be due to the excess friction you have applied during your masturbation practice. I hope you have not done anything so that you can experience fungal growth or STI. Usually the itching and irritation should go away within some time. Therefore do not worry. If not, I suggest consulting a skin specialist for physical examination, diagnosis and treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
