What Causes Itching And Discoloration In The Vagina?

I have had a genital itch for about a week now. There is no rash or strange discharge. It looks like there is some white discoloration in my vagina and the itchy gets worse at night. I am sexually active but have no had unprotected sex. What could this be?

Hi, I think it can be leukoplakia. Consult a gynecologist and get yourself examined properly. It can be a fungal infection also. So, you may need some antifungal treatment. If leukoplakia is there, it needs a biopsy to rule out malignancy. Hope I have answered your question.
