Hi,

Your presenting complaints of itching d creamy white discharge may be due to yeast or protozoal or bacterial infection. Mostly spread through sexual intercourse.

I would advice you to,
1. Maintain good hygiene and wash your vagina with soap warm water regularly.
2.  Avoid feminine products
3. Use soft cotton undergarments
4. Have safe sex
5. Take antifungal ointment or suppository for a week

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Get well soon.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya Vasudevan, General & Family Physician
