What Causes Itching And Burning Sensation In The Vagina?

Hi doctor, i am having vaginal itching from last 5-6 days, i consulted the gynae and she suugested me few medicines, azee 500, consoft cl,camiforce and and flagyl and also taen white discharge samples. Me and my partner had unprotected sex manytimes , now from past 5-6 days i am having so much itching and buring sensation and white discharge. Could you please advice me what could be the cause and yesterday night iused the cansoft cl and after insertion of that i was having so much itching and burning which i can t explain and it was unbearable for me to keep that SUPPOSITORY into my vegina however i manged it till 15 mins and after that i removed that and only 1/4 of portion was left. also i am very fond of sweets and does the sideaffects i am having after the tablets and SUPPOSITORY like, abdominal pain and headache are because of that i may have diabetes , please suggest me asap what should i do??? Thanks.

Since you are experiencing vaginal infection, you have to avoid sexual intercourse until you are healed well. Irritation is a side effect of the medication but if it is persisting, you may have to stop the vaginal medication and report to your consultant. If the infection is recurrent, you have to exclude diabetes also. Hope this helps.
