What Causes Itching And Burning Sensation In Eyes?

Hi, I have just had a check up at my opticians and have been told that I have papillae eye. I do wear contact lenses/glasses and my eyes do feel incredibly itchy at times....and I also get a kind of burning sensation. I get hayfever (but not at this time of year...in November) and was wondering what could be causing this allergy?

It is dry eye and allergy. Take levocdetrizine 5mg tablet daily. Remove contact lens at bedtime and apply artificial tear drop two times at night and morning before going out.
