What Causes Itchiness On The Back After Shaving Method Of Mole Removal?

Hi. I got a mole removed today on my back. They used the shaving method and I got a local anesthesia. I got home two hours later and I was/am VERY tired. Does locals cause sleepiness? Also, it s starting to itch near location. Thoughts would be appreciated. TIA!

Hi!! I have gone through your complaints and according to me the dose of local anaesthetic given for mole removal can't be responsible for your tiredness and sleepiness as it is too small a dose to have systemic effects. As far as itchiness is concerned it can be due to local effect of the anaesthetic. You can take tablet levocetrizine 5 mg for relief of itching.
