What Causes Itchiness In The Mouth And Roof?
For the last month I had been waking up in the middle of the night with an itchy roof of mouth. Always on my right side followed by a runny and itchy nose. I m not allergic to anything normally apart from similar symptoms when I have been swimming. I hate piratin as it makes me feel awful the next day.

Itchiness of the mouth associated by itchiness of the nose and runny nose is very likely due to allergic rhinitis. Many times patients with allergic rhinitis do not identify a specific cause that they might be allergic to.
To help with the symptoms you don't need piratin (piracetam) but an antihistamine at night like Cetirizine or Loratadine, one tablet at night.
If you notice that this does not help you will need to talk to your doctor.
