What Causes Itchiness And Rashes On The Penis Opening?

Hi Doc, I am having severe pinch type itching on the penile head foreskin. Its since last 5-7 days. I have applied onabet as well as soframycin. The skin has become swollen also because of itching. Kept it clean and dry. But the itching has caused rashes all around it. Though rashes are in control but the pinch type itchy feeling is too much.. I have taken one antibiotic as well. Norflox 400. Please suggest.

I think you may have been diagnosed for STD firstly.
Also you may have fungal infection too and antifungal cream may be used such clotrmazole.
Avoid intercourse and keep it washed and dry.
