Ok my butt hole itches and hurts when I try to take a crap..I have like this piece of skin by my butt hole and it itches like crazy..when I squat down on the toilet to use it ,It starts to burn..I can t really wipe back there because when I spread butt cheeks...it burns like crazy..I have put, lotion and baby powder on my butt hole. I have been drinking tea more than anything..and so I have changed to where I drink water now instead of tea..please help me..I want to get rid of this and have a normal life.

For itchiness and pain around anus during excretion you can take some some antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl or doxycycline after an expert opinion along with cetrizine or avil for itching and soreness. You can use betnovate-c cream or candid-b powder for local application. Take some pain killer like combiflam or ibugesic-plus for pain relief and maintain the hygiene of local part.
