What Causes Irritation In Penis After Oral Sex?

I will be getting married in a few months time...my finance and myself had oral sex a few times...I always wore a condom and always ejaculated inside it....I never even inserted finger inside the vagina...however every such incidence of oral sex, afterwards I find irritation in penis (no problems during urination, no blood or puss) and area around he circumference gets reddish ( no lump. blood or pain as such)...kindly advice

This might be due to allergy to latex material in condom.
I recommend to see dermatologist for your problem. When patients with similar problem comes to my clinic I prescribe them Levocetrizine 10 mg to be taken bedtime for seven days. This medicine should be taken under medical supervision.
