What Causes Irritation In Eyes?
About 7 months ago my mom opened the package in which raw chicken comes in. The blood splashed on her face and some of it entered her eye. She immediately began to feel pain. She washed her eye thoroughly but the pain in her eye remained as well as a pool of blood. Days later her eye got better, but once in a while the blood spot comes back and she once again feels irritation, pain, and as if part of her eye is being cut. Can it be the chicken blood? if it is what can she do? or what are possible reasons for this?

First is to clean the eye with water. It can be allergic reaction. May contract bacterial infection. Start applying cromal eye drop. Take levocetrizine 5mg tablet daily.neosporine ophthalmic oint ment may be applied at bed time. Take combiflam tablet twice daily Within one week she will be alright.
