What Causes Irritating Feeling In Forearms And Wrists While Doing Detailed Work?

Hi, I ve been having this irritating feeling in my forearms and wrists and i m always feeling the need to flex my forearm to ease the feeling. This feeling gets even worse when I sit down to play piano or do detailed work with my hands. I thought maybe it could be carpal tunnel but i get the same kind of feeling in my calf s and ankles.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
It could be a simple musculoskeletal pain arising out of over exhaustion.
As of now you can use analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/seratiopeptdase for symptomatic relief.
Immobilize the affected limb also.
If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
Wishing all the best.
Thanks
