General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. It can be bartholinitis. If you send a picture it will be more helpful in identifying. Genital herpes usually presented as fluid filled blisters associated with burning sensation pain and itching. For my patients with such condition I would recommend to do hot fomentation and betadine ointment locally. In case of puss collection incision and drainage might be required. Using intimate wash regularly will be helpful in maintaining normal PH and bacterial flora which there by prevent from getting further infections.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if any thing not clear.
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
