Hello and welcome to HCM, Your history suggests that you are experiencing irregular menstrual cycles and the irregularity is irregular i.e. irregularly irregular menstrual cycles. Most common cause of irregularly irregular menstrual cycle is hormonal disturbance in body. You need to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment, assessment of hormones in blood and if required an endometrial biopsy or curretting may also be required. The treatment can be planned after diagnosis only.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja Puri
