What Causes Irregular Vaginal Bleeding, Bumps On Areola And Tiredness?

Can someone answer this ..... Me and my boyfriend had intercourse and he came in me on new years and two days after i started bleeding very light and the third day it was heavy then just cut off . i haven’t had my period because my period is always heavy and regular .I have these bumps on my areola . I’m always tired then on 1/27/18 he came again and two days after i had light bleeding but only for a a hour. i’m afraid . i haven’t taken a test yet
