What Causes Irregular Periods?

Hi! My monthly period cycle is 40-45 days.. From last two times, my periods are irregular.. Last time I got my periods after 60 days the blood flow was also less.. It has been more than 60 days this time and I still have not got.. Is it that I'm pregnant??

Hi welcome to health care magic....

Just now your period is delayed ..So for that urine HCG card test can be done...

If pregnancy negative than work up done with .....
-Pelvic examination
-Per speculum examination
-USG abdomen
-Pap smear or endometrial sampling on if needed
-Hormonal profile
-Thyroid history and if needed TSH estimation needed

According to cause further treatment can be given...

These investigation help in identifying ovarian problem, fibroid , cervical problem or PID like condition....

Advise : gynecologist consultation for examination and further work up...
