What Causes Irregular Periods While On Nexplanon?

Soo i had Nexplanon sine the beginning on August . I had my period for 2 weeks after then it went away now it comes irregular. On December 13 , i had sex in he ejaculated inside of me , immediately the next morning i didn’t feel good at all, back was hurting really back n stomach . Three days later sperm came out of me while i sipped myself . Two days later the same thing happened . The next that i got my period for two days then it went away . My stomach still hurts n along with my back also , I’ll run back in forth to the restroom, my breasts gettn actually start changed until now , i was a 32C now I’m a 32DD , my nipples are sensitive asf my nipples n areolas have gotten really dark . I feel like I’m going to puke but i never do and also I’m soo uncomfortable when I’m tryna sleep at night . Two days ago i had sex with another man and he ejauculated inside me and later that night when i wiped myself a dark red blood clot came out .( sorry tmi i just really need answers) but I only bleed when i wipe myself . Please help me ! I need answers

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Since you had multiple unprotected Intercourse, we need to rule out pregnancy first.
So get done urinary pregnancy test and ultrasound abdomen to rule out pregnancy.
If both these are negative then no need to worry for pregnancy.
Another strong possibility is hormonal imbalance.
So get done hormone levels.
You may need specific hormone pills to regulate hormones.
Once your hormones are normalize, you will be alright.
Better not to do unprotected Intercourse if you don't want pregnancy. Use condom.
