General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, I'm dr.Fahad Khan. i have read your case and I'll try my best to be of utmost help.
First of all i would like to know that are you using any birthcontrol pills or emergency cotraception pills after your sexual intercourse because these symptoms could be due to hormonal imbalance which is caused by these contraceptive pills. if yes, then stop using the pills for a certain time period and see if the symptoms go away or not.
Secondly, do a pelvic ultrasound and have your checkup done by your gynaecologist as it could be an underlying pathology .
Regards.
