Hello,

It is good to know that you do not have sexually transmitted diseases as all your reports came negative. Irregular periods after child birth commonly occurs due to stress, hormonal imbalances, anemia, thyroid issues, polyps, fibroids or endometriosis. You are suggested to take food rich in proteins, calcium, iron and minerals, take whole cereals, dairy products, fruits and veggies.

You are suggested to get per vaginal check up done, get USG and blood tests done to detect the pathology causing you discomfort. You will be given conservative treatment or surgery depending on the severity of the pathology detected. Avoid addictions if any & take adequate sleep. For cramps take antacids and spasmol (spasmoproxyvon), one SOS when required.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
