What Causes Irregular Periods And Cramps After Miscarriage?

This has been going on for two days thought if give it a try and talk to someone hope u can help.
I've been having mild cramps sometimes bad ones and dark brown but red in it spotting it goes away though. But the cramps stay. I feel bloated. And not myself. I've been pregnant before but I didn't have any changes I was 5 weeks when I found out I was and then 4 or 5 months after I lost it. My period hasn't been the same since. This is the first time getting cramps since my miscarriage.

Hello ma'am and welcome.

You have not mentioned how long ago you had a miscarriage. Sometimes the body just tries to return to its pre-partum state or just a hormonal imbalance caused due to the pregnancy, especially if pregnancy was abruptly discontinued as it was in your case.

Speak to your doctor about the same, and I am sure if there is anything that requires addressing it will be done. But in most cases, we just wait for it to subside as it is mostly a normal process your body undergoes to return to the previous normal state.

As for the irregularity in your menstrual cycle, this is also common after pregnancy and gradually returns to normal. Nothing to worry about ma'am. Information about how long ago you suffered the miscarriage would have really helped to accurately answer your questions, but I am sure your issues will be properly addressed when you speak with your doctor and provide sufficient enough information.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
