What Causes Irregular Periods Along With Light Headedness?

Hello, I am a 23 year old female and for the past 2 months I have had irregular periods. I believe. My husband and I do not use protection, and I do not use any type of birth control. To start off last month when my period came around I bled for 2 days actually more like spotted not even enough to cover a tampon. I did take a pregnancy test twice and it was negative. Not this time around it is the same thing. I took a home test the night before my period came because my period was a week late, and well I m spotting again but last night I had major pain in my abdominal area. It was horrible. Now I am fine, only thing is I feel extremely light headed and just disgusting. I questioned if I could be pregnant? but there s so many things that come up on google.
