What Causes Irregular Periods After Removal Of Implanon?

Hey, I'm kinda new to all this, but I do have a little story and se questions. So, here they go....
About 3 years ago I had gotten the implanon removed from my arm. And I had irregular periods before i got it in. While it was in I didn't have a period at all. Like nothing. After I got it out I had regular periods. It took about a month to kick in for it to all go back normal. But the implanon caused a cyst on my right ovary.
Anyways....
My boyfriend and I have been trying to have a kid. My last period was in November. we had unprotected sex when I was ovulating. After that, I had no period again. It's been 4 months since I've had a period. But even then we've still been trying. So, as of right now all pee tests are negative, my nipples are really sore and have gotten slightly darker, I have clear and white mucus with no smell or anything unusual, I have cramps, I feel hot, my head feels congested, I'm tired, hungry but get full too fast, I'm constipated and I'm pretty sure that's about it.
So, could I be pregnant? Is it my cyst? Or is it something else?

Hi,
I have read your query carefully. I understand your concern.
I think after several urine pregnancy tests being -ve, we have to go for a usg pelvis to confirm the diagnosis/remove doubt from your mind about being pregnant./ it will also confirm the status of ovarian cyst.
Mostly the symptoms you feel to be of pregnancy seem to be due to hormonal imbalance due to the ovarian cyst,
* In my opinion, consulting a gynecologist, and getting the cyst further investigated &treated should be your first option which will help you for regular periods/conception in future.
Thanks.
