Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.

Your symptoms can be due to PCOS issue.
If you have negative pregnancy test then please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for Tablet Regestrone 5 mg twice a day for 5 days. Withdrawal bleeding usually occurs 3 to 10 days after finishing the tablets.

Once you get your periods, you can opt for cyclical use of oral contraceptive pills like Krimson 35 for getting regular menstrual cycles and to counter effects of PCOS.
Or you can opt for barrier contraceptive method like Condom with due precautions and take Tablet Regestrone from day 16 to 25 of every cycle to get regular cycle.
Please get blood sugar levels fasting and post lunch done to know about sugar control.

Please opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen.
Include more portions of fruits and vegetables and salads in daily diet.
Drink plenty of water in the day.
Avoid refined sugars and deep fried foods and bakery products in the diet.
Please take Iron, Calcium, protein and vitamin B 12 and Folic acid supplementation on regular basis.
Thai will help to control, pcos issue.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
