General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
I think following possibility in this type of case:
Hormonal dysfunction along with cervicitis, PCOS, Stress, endometrial or crvical polyp , adenomyosis, vaginal/pelvic infection, obesity,.
I advice to following investigation
Vaginal examination, reproductive and thyroid hormone analysis, swab test, USG scan, CBC and Hb%.
Management will depend on the cause:
Hormonal dysfunction and PCOS should be treated by metformin, primolut N in second half of period, oral contraceptive pill to regularize the period.
Infection should be treated by antibiotic.
Avoid stress, do regular exercise like walking followed by yoga, relaxation exercise, accupnture therapy.
Loose weight if you are obese, take low gylcemic index food and fresh fruits.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
